BIM Specialist / Data & Dashboards Specialist

Jacobs – International engineering company with GDC Poland located in Krakow and Warsaw.

Role Summary: Design and deliver Power BI dashboards that transform AEC and construction data into actionable insights for data center projects. Work closely with BIM, construction, and project teams to connect, structure, and visualize data from design through closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for design progress, model health, issue metrics, and project KPIs.
  • Connect dashboards to diverse data sources, including ACC, Revit, Navisworks, RFIs, submittals, P6 schedules, and financial/procurement systems.
  • Develop robust data models, relationships, and DAX measures; troubleshoot data quality and refresh issues.
  • Create reusable templates and standards to ensure consistency in reporting across projects.
  • Collaborate with BIM and construction teams to align dashboards with workflows and provide training and support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, intuitive dashboard design).
  • Familiarity with AEC/BIM/construction data (ACC, Revit schedules, RFI/submittal logs).
  • Experience integrating scheduling (Primavera P6) or financial/procurement data (Unifier, Smart Materials).
  • Ability to work with APIs or ETL tools for automated data refresh.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D (conceptual level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 4+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
