Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parts of structural design on time and within budgeted hours.
• Prepare drawings, models, and descriptions as deliverables for projects.
• Support design of structures for industrial, water and other sectors.
• Cooperate with all other disciplines to deliver clash‑free designs, good quality data and content that has been checked and reviewed.
• Learn current design standards of the company and clients.
• Participate in foreign business trips.
• Work in a team and coordinate work.
• Mentor and develop junior designers and technicians.
• Assign tasks to project designers.

Here’s what you’ll need

• MSc in structural engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or water related projects.
• Very good skills in CAD software – at least one of the following: Revit, AutoCAD, AECOsim, MicroStation.
• Good knowledge of codes and standards of structural engineering.
• English language skills minimum at advanced level (B2 in EU).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic to develop and learn.
• Personal skills well organized, ability to work in a team of engineers and designers.
