For one of our clients, a global company providing technology solutions for the automotive, insurance, and repair industries – specializing in systems for vehicle damage assessment, claims management, and data analysis – we are currently looking for a Billing Team Leader.

Job Description

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Report revenue and track key performance indicators
• Ensure billing accuracy
• Manage team resources
• Lead the implementation of new solutions and systems
• Collaborate with other teams (finance, R2R, IT, financial systems, AP, etc.)
• Assist with monthly closing process
• Analyze and resolve billing, reporting and process issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain productive coaching
• Collaborate with HR and interview candidates
• Assist Billing Manager with special projects

Expectations

• Several years of experience in finance, including 2‑3 years in a supervisory position
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in invoicing rules, procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
