Billing Specialist

Zadania:

Job description

This position will report to the Cash Application Manager and will be responsible for the execution of billing processes in the fabrication (FAB) line of business.

- Process, reconcile and track monthly billing reports

- Process rebills/allocations of centrally billed goods/services across CMC enterprise

- Manage and perform document collection, review and analysis

- Ensure billing deadlines and service level agreements are met daily

- Resolve requests and inquiries from the US billing team and internal customers

- Performs month end closing activities and reporting

- Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor and/or manager

- General Administrative Functions such as telephone calls, email, mail and filing

- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers

Wymagania:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools – notably Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred,
• Billing experience is an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Availability to work US Central Standard Time during peak times or month end close
