Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough understanding, documentation, and control of scope content and dependencies across the program.
• Manage scope in blueprinting and ensure it aligns with the RAITT BM roadmap.
• Present project progress and challenges to various management levels.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, international program team, where English is the working language.
• Several years of experience in managing billing processes and receivables management in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in IT processes, requirements management, and system harmonization.
• Ability to create essential artifacts (epics, features) based on business requirements provided by SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of revenue monitoring and assurance processes.
• Fluent English and German B1 proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proactivity.
