responsibilities :

Ensure thorough understanding, documentation, and control of scope content and dependencies across the program
Manage scope in blueprinting and ensure it aligns with the RAITT BM roadmap
Present project progress and challenges to various management levels
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, international program team, where English is the working language

requirements-expected :

Several years of experience in managing billing processes and receivables management in the telecommunications industry
Proficiency in IT processes, requirements management, and system harmonization
Ability to create essential artifacts (epics, features) based on business requirements provided by SMEs
Strong knowledge of revenue monitoring and assurance processes
Fluent English and German B1 proficiency is required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proactivity
