Coordination of interfaces between billing, CRM and financial accounting.

Our requirements
Billing expertise: Several years of experience in managing billing processes and receivables management in the telecommunications industry.
IT process management: Expertise in IT processes, requirements management and system harmonization.
Practical skills in business requirements engineering to create the necessary artifacts (epics, features) based on the content input of the business requirements defined by the SMEs
Revenue Assurance: Knowledge of monitoring and ensuring revenue streams and billing accuracy.
Interface management: Ability to coordinate between different IT systems and departments and define service levels.
Team leadership: Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and achieve results through team-oriented work.
Communication: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Problem solving: Ability to identify and constructively solve complex challenges in transformation projects.
Negotiation skills: Assisting executives such as CFOs in assessing business risks.
Knowledge of English at the level of B2/C1, and German at least B1.
