Obowiązki

• Coordinating internal activities to identify and understand customer needs and conduct requirements analysis
• Defining and executing bid operational strategies (solution, target, team, budget, schedule)
• Leading the overall costing management process to ensure compliance with company rules
• Consolidating stakeholder inputs into competitive proposals
• Preparing documentation for customer submission and risk/opportunity reviews
• Ensuring customer questions are addressed in alignment with the commercial strategy
• Reviewing final contract documents prior to signature
• Transferring data from the bid to the project and supporting the Project Manager during the first project review

Wymagania

• Masters or bachelors degree
• Experience in project or bid management, particularly in costing, planning, and risk management
• Knowledge of Alstom processes, including "Golden Rules" and Ethics & Compliance standards
• Strong ability to manage efficient team collaboration under tight deadlines and conditions
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2 level); Polish language skills are also required
