- 3+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in pricing or Bid management
- Critical thinking
- Customer orientation
- IT background is a great asset
- Analyze project requirements and IT service specifications, review the commercial aspects of the Bid and ensure all products/services are included in the final offer
- Follow‑up on leads, identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
- Maintain excellent and in-depth knowledge of products and services so to provide superior customer service and enhance customer satisfaction
- Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve the targets as set out
- Empower internal teams to improve their performance and reach targets
- Create pricings and solutions
