Your New RoleAs a Senior BI Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work with large datasets, build robust ETL pipelines, and ensure data quality, structure, and accessibility for reporting and analytics.  You will also play a strategic role in shaping BI architecture, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing performance, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
What You39ll Need to Succeed

• Expert-level experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and T-SQL 
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning 
• Deep understanding of ETL frameworks and modern data pipeline architecture 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile development practices 
• Experience with Power BI and DAX Proven ability to mentor, conduct peer reviews, and improve technical standards 
• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, MS Fabric) is a plus 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes 
• Develop and document data models and BI platforms aligned with business needs 
• Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery from requirements to deployment 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions 
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality and maintainability 
• Monitor and optimise BI performance to meet SLAs 
• Provide technical coaching and Level 2 support 
• Stay current with BI trends and continuously improve tools and processes
