Your new roleAs the BI Senior Developer you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and business analytics solutions. This position ensures high-performance data integration and transformation processes while providing technical leadership and coaching to the development team. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution to deliver scalable, maintainable and efficient BI solutions that support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of data models for BI platforms
• Training of employees
• Project participation 
• Participation in optimization of processes and data sharing/usage across business systems and departments
• Creating value for the business via BI solutions
• Focus on digital business optimization and creating enterprise solutions. 
• Help the business in becoming more data driven 
• Be a capacity for the business a partner. 
• Link between IT and business. 
• 2.-level support in BI related issues.

What you39ll need to succeed

• Expert in SSAS and SQL server
• Strong Knowledge of database structures
• Strong business process knowledge
• Deep understanding of data integration, ETL frameworks, and modern data pipeline architecture
• Proficient in MS-SQL, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI and one or more programming/scripting languages: T-SQL, DAX. 
• Experience with BI and data platforms such as Microsoft SQL and Power BI. 
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing principles, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools used in data engineering environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in leading development teams and conducting peer reviews
• Agile development mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Mentorship and coaching capabilities to support team capability development
