2) What would be the examples of tasks for that person? Depends on experience but we need someone mainly to build reports ( SQL SSRS)
3) Will that person work in a bigger team or alone? Will work with someone in US for sure.
4) What are required working hours? Regular Polish/American working hours? Or maybe 10-18 (4 hours overlap would be enough? 4h overlap should work but on the beginning it would be nice to have similar time as us maybe for first 30-60 days.
