Your Role:
As a BI Reporting Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain reports using SQL and SSRS.
• Collaborate closely with our team, including working alongside colleagues in the US.
• Analyze data, create insights, and support business decision-making with custom reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize complex SQL queries for report generation.
• Develop reports using SSRS tailored to internal needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Maintain existing reports and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proficiency in T-SQL and SSRS.
• Experience with report building and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in working with BI tools or other reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with visualization tools.
• Knowledge of C# for extending and automating reporting processes.

Work Schedule:
You’ll work hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week from our office in Gdańsk. The current team in Gdańsk primarily works 12:00-20:00, allowing for better overlap with our US colleagues. A 4-hour overlap with US time will be required, and during your first 30-60 days, closer alignment with Polish/American working hours is preferred to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
