Job Description:

Simplification, digitization and automation will play a strategic role within the Healthcare Europe division. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to build BI reporting capabilities and act as a true enabler and catalyst to our FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to improve their access to data and provide tools to drive value added, insightful business analysis.

What You Will Do:

  1. Drive our BI reporting project to develop reports and commercial analytical tools to support management decision making and increase visibility for the FP&A and Commercial Finance team.
  2. Drive master data clean up from a functional point of view across ERPs systems for entities on EBS as well as Anios & Farmec- including customer, segment, market segment, TM&DM reporting.
  3. Ensure development, alignment and upgrade of key business dashboard and reports vs management & commercial needs: customer/product P&L`s, GTW, Pricing, GMI, Mix, etc.
  4. Provide key finance support throughout the analysis of product lifecycle from initial product innovation & development, pricing & go to market strategies, business development, on-going profitability assessment to product portfolio rationalization.
  5. Build and produce inputs to monthly business performance overviews, scorecards & reporting for assigned programs & segments and communicate these efforts to global, European and local business partners.
  6. Deliver analytical support for the product phase in/phase out process.
  7. Drive and support ad hoc financial analyses.
  8. Identify further areas for improvement, simplification & digitization.

What You Will Need:

  1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  2. Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed is preferred.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
  4. Advanced skillset on Power BI & experience working with databases and information systems.
  5. Solid project management skills, ability to zoom in and zoom out to low level technical details to communicate to stakeholders.
  6. A self-motivated and high-energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity.
  7. Team player attitude, ability to adapt to complex situations.
  8. Good oral and written communications skills in the English language; ability to effectively interface with all levels and types of internal and external employees and business associates.
