For our globally operating client in the healthcare industry, we are looking for a BI Reporting & Data Analyst. The project focuses on enhancing and integrating data ecosystems, enabling the identification of synergies between different business units. The role involves supporting both internal and external processes in a structured, multi-step partnership model, helping to develop strategic roadmaps and solutions for opportunity management.

BI Reporting/Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Develop and design BI solutions
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes, while working with SQL and other database technologies
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders, providing clear communication and negotiating BI solutions, while offering realistic project estimates
• Maintain high-quality deliverables, advocate for the BI solution architecture in front of technical boards, and defend the design against potential challenges

Our requirements

• Several years of experience with Business Objects XI, including Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, and Crystal Reports
• Proficiency with tools like Designer, Information Design Tool, Xcelcius, or Tableau Desktop.
• Extensive understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Strong expertise in data modeling and data warehouse modeling
• Familiarity with ETL tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Over 5 years of experience with at least one reporting tool such as Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, SSRS, or SAP BusinessObjects
• At least 2 years of experience in BI solution design and usability
