BI Inhouse Consultant SAP Financial Miejsce pracy: Katowice Technologies we use Expected SAP SAP HANA SAP BW SAP Datasphere Optional SAP Analytics Cloud Your responsibilities In this role you will drive BI development and serve as a trusted contact for financial stakeholders across the Vaillant Group. You will build and enhance BI solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on architecture, dashboards, KPIs, and self-service. You will support BI migration projects and rollouts within the financial domain, ensuring business and technical alignment. In addition, you will train key users, maintain documentation, and continuously improve BI tools and infrastructure. You will champion data governance and data quality by defining standards, metadata management, and data lineage to ensure trustworthy insights. Finally, you will foster an inclusive, collaborative BI culture by mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge sharing across the Vaillant Group. Our requirements Qualification: You hold a relevant university studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence with a focus on SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere environment and have very good technical knowledge of the corresponding development environments, and knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is desirable. Know-how and skills: You will bring solid know-how in data modeling, BI architecture, SAP BW/4HANA development, and SAP Datasphere, plus excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork. Nice to have: You have knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and experience with BI migration projects; experience with agile methods and change management would be a plus. Personality: You are a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive team player who fosters an inclusive environment and enjoys knowledge sharing and helping others grow. Language skills: You are fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus and beneficial for daily interactions.
