• Our SAP teams drive innovation in business processes by combining process knowledge with technology, optimizing code, developing functionalities, and automating operations. We work in a flexible hybrid mode, where the employee can choose the days from the office.

• Partnering with stakeholders, you will drive BI development and act as a key contact for industrial stakeholders across the Vaillant Group, fostering collaboration and trust.
• In this role, you will build and enhance BI solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on architecture, dashboards, KPIs and self-service.
• In this role, you will support BI migration projects and rollouts within the industrial domain, ensuring business and technical alignment.
• You will define technical standards and integration guidelines for BI systems.
• You will train key users, maintain documentation, and continuously improve BI tools and infrastructure.
• You will champion data governance and data quality by defining standards, metadata management, and data lineage to ensure trustworthy insights.

• Qualification: You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence with a focus on SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere, and very good technical knowledge of the corresponding development environments, with knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) being desirable.
• Know-how and skills: You bring solid know-how in data modeling, BI architecture, SAP BW/4HANA development, and SAP Datasphere, plus excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork.
• Nice to have: You have knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and experience with BI migration projects; experience with agile methods and change management would be a plus.
• Personality: You are a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive team player who fosters an inclusive environment and enjoys knowledge sharing and helping others grow.
• Language skills: You are fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus and beneficial for daily interactions.
