We’re looking for aBIEngineer.

The project is part of a large-scale FinTech ecosystem aimed at optimizing financial operations and data analytics for international trade.

Our team builds and enhances internal BI and reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor financial flows, evaluate performance, and derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.

The platform consolidates multiple data sources and leverages a modern BI stack to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and scalability across all analytical layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve BI dashboards and data visualization features.
• Configure datasets, charts, and metrics in Apache Superset.
• Support and maintain existing BI solutions (bug fixing, configuration updates, change requests).
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Participate in team ceremonies— daily stand-ups, grooming, pre-demo, demo, and risk sessions (all meetings are scheduled in advance).
• Occasionally prepare or support feature demos for internal stakeholders.
• Superset— deep understanding of configuration, customization (including JS-level adjustments), and embedding.
• Nice to have: Python or Node.js (for light scripting or data integration tasks).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with BI tools (Superset preferred).
• Proven expertise in dashboard setup, data modeling, and source integration.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to optimize database queries.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Clear and structured communicator, able to explain issues and present features effectively.
• Attentive to detail, proactive, and focused on data integrity and usability.
