We are currently seeking a Senior BI Data & Analytics Product Analyst to support a global pharmaceutical client in optimizing clinical trial site intelligence through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. The role is embedded in the Clinical Trials organization and aims to streamline and centralize information related to HCP and Site enrollment, while ensuring high-quality, standardized, and integrated data solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and analytics requirements and define a product roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
• Evaluate current processes and information flows related to HCP and Site enrollment to identify key business value drivers.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to assess the current system landscape, identify gaps, and propose harmonized process improvements.
• Define and design the future data model for site intelligence, ensuring alignment with Clinical Data Standards, and maintaining data integrity and quality.
• Develop and document the information architecture and data integrations required to support centralized site intelligence analytics.
• Translate business needs into BI prototypes and user-centric dashboards, focusing on usability and effective data presentation.
• Provide realistic development estimates and define appropriate BI testing strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration and accessibility of clinical trial data from various sources using modern BI and data warehousing tools.

Our requirements

• Strong experience in BI tools and data visualization platforms (min. 3 years in at least one of the following: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, SSRS, SAP BO).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data access, querying, and integration from multiple sources.
• Experience with Business Objects XI suite (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Information Design Tool, Xcelsius, etc.).
• Good understanding of UX/usability principles in BI solution design.
• Experience in designing and prototyping BI solutions based on business needs.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and tools such as Snowflake, Colibra, etc.
• Experience with Veeva Clinical Vault Platform is a strong plus.
