Your team

Youll be joining our Business Intelligence team as we lead the "Smart Business" layer of IGs data transformation strategy. This means youll be at the forefront of making data, insights, and actions usable across the entire business - from building self-service dashboards to supporting AI agents and co-pilots that deliver value directly to business users and clients. Our BI team operates as the center of excellence for analytics across IGs four strategic themes: Business Intelligence, Operational Efficiency, Marketing/Client Acquisition, and Client Experience/Personalisation. Youll work in cross-functional squads that include data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, delivering measurable business value within focused sprint cycles.

Your role in the Teams Success

As a member of the BI Analysts Chapter, youll develop your skills alongside peers while rotating between different squads based on business priorities. One week you might be building executive dashboards for operational efficiency, the next you could be supporting marketing teams with customer segmentation analytics, or collaborating with product teams on personalization initiatives. Were not just creating traditional reports - were building the foundation for IGs data-driven future. Youll work with cutting-edge technologies like Looker, collaborate with AI/ML teams on intelligent automation, and help business users become more self-sufficient with data.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
• Support development of AI agents, co-pilots, and automated insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions
• Customize dashboards using HTML/CSS to create enhanced user experiences
• Maintain documentation and provide training to enable business users to self-serve their data needs
• Partner with analytics engineers to ensure efficient use of underlying data models
• Manage multiple dashboard development projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Lead training and adoption of self-service analytics

Key Qualification Requirements

• A visualization expert who will drive our migration to Looker, ensuring our dashboards not only maintain functionality but become even more powerful and user-friendly
• Someone who thinks beyond dashboards to AI-powered insights and automation
• A collaborative team player who will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Product, and Marketing domains to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions that enable data-driven decision making

• An innovative thinker who can find creative ways to present complex data stories through visualization
