The Benefits Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing and executing the firms reward strategy, manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions as well as liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Manages and tracks progress for success for the Operational Excellence team.
- Manages data integration, liaising between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating on global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and on calls with vendor to provide status updates.
- Updates Citi project management tools with status reports for Benefits projects and activities.
- Ensures regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule.
- Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact.
- Influences decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
- Assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams through coaching and training new recruits.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
