Your tasks

Work in close partnership with others on the International Benefits Governance team with a focus on Reporting and Analytics.

Participation in key projects:

• Global benefit plan inventory update (coordination of the project with external consultant and internal Benefits team / payroll team colleagues) (March to September)
• Benefits data collection, reporting (and potentially process / tool automation) for regulatory filing / reporting (EU pay equity / transparency / material risk taker reporting/ IDI Resolution Planning etc.)
• Support other Benefits governance initiatives
