Summary

This position assumes that the person has passed public exam allowing to deliver insurance intermediary services. We assign to each Broker a portfolio of clients for which the Broker is responsible for taking care of:

• Personal insurance (life, accident, health, travel).
• Healthcare plans through non-insurance solutions (majority of healthcare plans in fact).
• Other services (benefits administration, benchmarking, Darwin, advisory, etc).
• Remarkable part of the job also assumes client management services like monitoring renewals, conducting meetings, summarizing what needs to be done, solving on-going issues with benefits.

Requirements

Experience in area of Comp & Benefits Specialist or Manager or HR Analyst or Client Manager.

• Practical knowledge of employee benefits in Poland (what is delivered, how it works, how much it costs, who are main vendors, what is typical scope or level of benefits).
• Communication skills enabling the employee to run conversations with clients in all forms written, remote, on-site meetings, webinars, presentations.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to co-operate with people and teams.
