Product Management overall accountability, including lifecycle management for services and products. This will involve management of both Associate & partner resourcing.
Managing vendor relationships and defining requirements of the vendor services.
Provide regular reports to product consumers.
Directly influencing the development and deployment of the product.
Establish KPIs for products and oversee regular and ongoing data analysis to inform product evolution.
Escalation point for any business demands, working with a variety of stakeholders across MGS & the segments.
Engage and collaborate, developing productive ways of working with other internal DT teams (for example: Platform, Database, Security, Processing, Deployment, Development, other BCF towers in BDS, etc.).
Budget management for all product area and functions.
Role model agile behaviours & methods with customers and peers.
Engage, build & develop the team to be positioned to contribute to forthcoming transformation projects in the ERP space.
What are we looking for?
Experience working on SAP IT Products and Services, particularly in the Finance area.
Experience of Financial Operations as a business process would be useful to have.
Flexible, agile learner, ready to develop their functional skillset in an area which is evolving & digitalising quickly.
Functional & technical knowledge in ERP solutions.
Demonstrate people leadership capability, particularly in a remote & global environment.
Able to negotiate & collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for themselves & the team.
Financial and Budget management experience.
Good stakeholder management & communications skills.
Experience in vendor management.
ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead, engage and develop the Associate & partner team to run & enhance the existing ERP services.
Develop capability in themselves & the team to meet the challenges we expect from ERP transformation over the coming years.
Work with our MGS Finance & other Digital Technologies stakeholders (include partners) to increase the efficiency & resilience of our key business processes such as Period End Close, and to enhance & simplify our change processes.
Build a trusting, collaborative One Team relationship with key stakeholders within the team and elsewhere in Mars.
