responsibilities :
Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
Coordinate and execute continuity and disaster recovery tests, simulations, and scenario-based exercises
Identify operational and technology risks, propose mitigation strategies, and track implementation progress
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to ensure readiness for disruptions such as cyberattacks, system failures, or critical incidents
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity, or a similar resilience-focused role
Strong knowledge of BCM and ITSCM principles, including relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22301) and risk management methodologies
Ability to assess operational and IT risks and translate requirements into practical continuity solutions
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with strong stakeholder-management abilities
Residing in Poland required
