In this role, responsibilities include contributing to business continuity and ensuring the effective restoration of critical IT services during unexpected disruptions. Close collaboration with various teams is expected to help maintain stable operations and support a strong continuity framework. • Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and execute continuity and disaster recovery tests, simulations, and scenario-based exercises
• Identify operational and technology risks, propose mitigation strategies, and track implementation progress
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to ensure readiness for disruptions such as cyberattacks, system failures, or critical incidents
