Your tasks

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and execute continuity and disaster recovery tests, simulations, and scenario-based exercises
• Identify operational and technology risks, propose mitigation strategies, and track implementation progress
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to ensure readiness for disruptions such as cyberattacks, system failures, or critical incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity, or a similar resilience-focused role
• Strong knowledge of BCM and ITSCM principles, including relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22301) and risk management methodologies
• Ability to assess operational and IT risks and translate requirements into practical continuity solutions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with strong stakeholder‑management abilities
• Residing in Poland required
