• adapting test strategies to market-specific requirements and operational scenarios,
• ensuring coverage of heavy electric vehicle-specific conditions such as regenerative braking, fast charging, and cold-start performance,
• defining functional requirements and use cases for battery systems,
• translating system-level requirements into detailed battery functional specifications,
• identifyig and documenting use cases including normal operation, fault conditions, and edge cases,
• designing test cases to validate battery behavior under various operating conditions (e.g., charge/discharge cycles, temperature extremes, communication protocols),
• ensuring test coverage includes safety, performance, diagnostics, and control logic.
• evaluating test reports to verify compliance with functional requirements,
• identifying anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with design teams to resolve issues,
• working closely with hardware, software, systems engineering, product development, and validation teams,
• integrating functional assurance throughout the product development lifecycle,
• ensuring battery systems comply with regulatory and product-specific functional safety standards.

Our requirements

• experience in battery systems engineering, functional safety, or validation,
• strong understanding of electric vehicle systems and battery-specific operational scenarios,
• ability to translate complex system requirements into actionable test plans,
• familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols,
• analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams,
• very good English command.
