The mission of LOTAMS is to provide the highest quality services by performing technical inspections in accordance with the highest standards to ensure the reliability of flight operations and passenger safety.

• Higher technical education, preferably in aviation.
• EASA PART-66 licence (B1.1 or B2) on the following aircraft types: B737 NG/MAX, B787, ERJ-170/190.
• At least 5 years of experience in base maintenance at a senior supervisory or management level.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large technical teams in an MRO environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (EASA, Part-145, and safety standards).
• Experience in budget planning and cost control related to base maintenance operations.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).

• Defining and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient execution of base maintenance processes.
• Overseeing and optimizing the planning and execution of base maintenance and structural repair services.
• Ensuring the effective allocation of resources, personnel, and infrastructure to meet service delivery targets.
• Leading initiatives to improve production efficiency, optimize workflows, and introduce best practices.
• Evaluating and advising on investment projects related to infrastructure and equipment for base maintenance.
• Developing and updating MOE and detailed operational procedures related to base maintenance activities.
