Responsibilities

• Customer Cards back-office processing
• Communication with customers, as well as creditors and their representatives
• Handling all processes regarding the topics of customer data requests, and account, estates like: account switching, bank inquiries, GDPR requests, power of attorney, and disposition of estate accounts

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Banking (AML/KYC as well) or Financial domain, having experience with Cards Chargeback, Collections and Fraud operations is a plus
• Garnishments, Prosecution Claims, Protection Accounts experience is a Plus
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting related field)
• Good skills in reasoning and analytical thinking
• Strong knowledge on MS Office tools
