As a Banking Operations Specialist with German , youll play a key role in supporting our banking processes by handling account closures and related financial tasks. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector while using their German and English language skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing incoming account closure requests and verifying documents.
2. Managing and updating customer data in the system.
3. Communicating with customers in writing (emails) to clarify issues.
4. Processing more complex financial tasks and closing cases within your area of responsibility.
5. Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Continuously improving processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

What were looking for:

1. Current student or graduate in finance, banking, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in finance, banking, AR/AP, or related internships - nice to have.
3. Knowledge of German and English (B2 level or higher).
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. A service-oriented attitude and resilience in handling tasks.
6. Team player who is motivated by achieving both individual and team goals.
7. Openness to learning and new challenges.
8. Comfortable with computers and various software solutions.
