Banking Operations Specialist with French

YOUR ROLE

One of the worlds biggest banks with its new line of business related to car loans and leasing activities in France is looking for Talents responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products.

YOUR TASKS

• Performing activities related to loan/leasing contract management in respective systems
• Direct contact with Customers and Dealers via phone, email and letter (in French language)
• Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
• Process coordination and organization of trainings

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent knowledge of French language at C1 or C2 (written and oral communication)
• Intermediate knowledge of English - min. B1 level
• Min. 3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Banking / Customer Service area
• Knowledge of retail financing: personal loans, leasing (will be an asset)
• Knowledge of Cassiopae system (will be an asset), Outlook and Excel
