As our Finance Operations Specialist , you’ll make sure our day-to-day financial processes run smoothly. You’ll be the person behind accurate payments, payroll coordination, and reconciliations, helping us stay compliant while supporting a fast-growing business. This role is a great fit if you already have some experience in accounting, accounts payable, or payroll and want to take the next step in an international company. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and handle approval workflows, while keeping an eye on expense categories to support basic cost tracking. Payroll & Compliance – Work with our accounting office to process payroll across several countries, support VAT/GST returns, and assist in annual reporting. Financial Operations – Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and document processes. Cross-functional Support – Collaborate with HR on payroll queries, support process improvements, and contribute to new system implementations and automation. 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting.
~ Hands-on with accounting systems and comfortable with reconciliations.
~ Good knowledge of accounting principles and VAT basics.
~ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
~ Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
~ Clear communication skills – able to explain financial topics to colleagues outside of finance.
