Banking & Cards Team leader will manage/perform specific transactions in connection with client’s business activities and support the team & the team manager to meet expected operational KPIs. Providing an effective service on behalf of TCS to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements.
Your attitudes we value
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in German language
- Preferably related financial education
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the used business systems and capabilities desirable
- Basic knowledge and experience of working with back‑office banking processes
- Flexible with rotation between teams/ markets and shift time if necessary
Your daily tasks
- Handling daily volume/target of transactions
- Adhering to standard operating procedures/training manuals while executing the task
- Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables
- Whenever it is a process update/change, ensuring that is incorporated in SOP with appropriate change management process
- Effectively and timely communicating issues among internal and external stakeholders, building up constructive relationships with offshore teams
- Participate in Risk Assessments and Audit reviews
- Proactively manage client expectations wherever needed
- Escalate/flag issues appropriately as and when needed to the Manager. Timely initiate the EFMA to the Manager
Domain specific
- Understanding of end to end process cycle
- Activities may also include but not limited to, processing Private & Public Garnishments / Insolvencies / Garnishment Prosecution / Court Orders, handling P-Account requests, creating Payouts transactions, approving Evaluees, Account management of Deceased Customers & Customers under Care, Power of Attorney requests, Bank enquiries, Schufa enquiries, Account Switching requests etc., any other back office operations
