You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Processing invoices (issuing & collecting) generated by the trade and sales of energy (energy fees and brokerage fees)
• Taking care of debt collection process
• Taking care of administration of framework agreements, transaction confirmations, sales agreements
• Generating reports for internals stakeholders (e.g. finance, controlling)
• Communicating with external stakeholders (e.g. URE, ARE), including the process of changing the suppliers (DSO)
• Participating in cross departments processes (reconciling measurement data, cash flow forecasts)

Required for this position:

• Master’s degree or equivalent (economics, finance, business administration etc)
• Knowledge of energy trading and sales, with particular emphasis on back office processes
• Knowledge of basic principles of accounting and compliance with regulations
• Attention to details, quality and punctuality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English
• Experience in working with billing, accounting, DMS ETRM and CRM systems will be an additional advantage
