Solutions Implementation & Technical Oversight
Ensure the team effectively engages in the complete software development lifecycle, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
Supervise the design and development of reusable components, backend libraries, and scalable modules.
Oversee code quality through code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and agreed workflows.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, DevOps engineers, and other technology teams to ensure seamless backend integration.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, prioritizing features and enhancements effectively.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and create high-quality digital experiences.
Facilitate transparent and proactive communication within the team and across departments, utilizing collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
Incident Resolution & Risk Management
Supervise and guide the team in investigating and resolving backend incidents efficiently.
Oversee incident resolution workflows, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive measures.
Ensure proper documentation of incidents and best practices to improve system resilience.
Participate in post-incident reviews and drive process improvements to minimize future incidents and enhance system stability.
requirements-expected :
University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
Proven experience (5+ years) in PHP and Laravel development, with a solid understanding of backend architectures and best practices.
Experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers, fostering professional development and team growth.
Strong expertise in RESTful API development, database design, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (Written and spoken).
