responsibilities :
Work as part of a core cross-functional mission team to develop core-banking technology.
Deliver and enhance the NatWest Boxed technology product.
Support and mentor junior engineers, acting as a subject matter expert.
Write clean, elegant, reusable, and well-tested code that’s easy to maintain and extend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the direction of NW Boxed engineering and ensure customer interests are at the heart of key decisions.
Work across the backend chapter to uphold standards, best practices, and promote innovation.
Resolve technical issues collaboratively within the team.

requirements-expected :
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Java software development.
Proven experience with Spring Boot or Micronaut.Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
Excellent knowledge of AWS (deployment and configuration).Experience with message-driven architectures (Kafka, event sourcing).
Success delivering in an agile environment.
Experience working in a highly secure application environment.
Ability to act as a subject matter expert and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding how to translate business objectives into data-driven insights.
