ELK BE Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer (ELK Stack) for an international company - a pioneer in container shipping. Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience developing ELK monitoring applications
• 3+ years of experience with the following ELK components: Logstash Streams, Filebeat, Fluentbit, Metricbeat
• 3+ years of experience with Logstash Configuration Language (LCL)
• Experience working with Rest APIs
• Experience with SQL queries and SQL performance tuning
• Experience managing and maintaining ELK servers

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Groovy, Ansible for DevOps pipeline
• Experience with Grok
• Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL & MSSQL TSQL languages
• Experience with Ruby to write custom filters or scripts

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop ELK pipelines, indexes, pattern, dashboards visualizations & alerts
• Lead Architecture discussion & design of ELK streaming components by using Logstash, Filebeat, Fluentbit, Metricbeat
• Design a holistic approach for Logs based architecture
• Develops effective applications log based stream processing according to design specifications
• Applies best practices for tuning for overall system performance
• Supports software development throughout the software development lifecycle
