We are looking for a Java Backend & Test Automation Engineer to join our team working on the Global Disbursements platform – a cutting-edge solution that enables customers and clients to move funds seamlessly across the globe. This platform supports payments to suppliers, salary credits, tax payments, and transfers through multiple channels. In this role, you will combine backend development expertise with test automation skills to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will design and build microservices in Java, create robust automation frameworks, and work closely with stakeholders in an Agile, DevOps-driven environment.

Must-have:
- Strong proficiency in Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred).
- Advanced, hands-on experience in software testing and test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful microservices and APIs.
- Proficiency with Git and experience in Unix-based systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies (Oracle preferred).
- Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Previous experience in a QA team.
- Understanding of application monitoring.
