Were hiring a Backend Developer with Spark and Scala (hybrid from Warsaw, Poland) at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers!

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Backend Developer with Spark and Scala position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry .

• To develop, test and deploy the technical and functional specifications

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience working with Spark and Scala
• Experience in working with big data – Spark, Hadoop, Hive
• Agile approach for software development
• Experience and expertise across data integration and data management with high data volumes
• Experience working in agile continuous integration/DevOps paradigm and tool set of Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Jira
• Experience with different database structures , including Postgres, SQL, Hive
• Very good English skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure Databricks
