Charger Logistics is seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our team at the company’s office in Warsaw. We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in building high-performance web applications.

Hands-on experience with .NET Core & Microservices is required

Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands-on technical leadership to the developers with end-to-end responsibility for solution development and delivery.
2. Lead developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations.
3. Build new applications with .NET / .NET Core / C# / SQL Server 2012/2014 and beyond.
4. Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
5. Build and maintain Windows Services and console applications.
6. Develop new functionality on our existing software applications.
7. Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
8. All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Must Have:

1. Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a full stack developer or as a Backend Developer.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with C# .NET Core & Microservices is a must.
3. Experience in working with API Gateways, REST, SOAP, OAuth, SAML.
4. Experience in working with a Kafka-based environment.
5. Microservices and Event-driven Architecture (with a focus on cloud).
6. Experience and understanding of OOP and SOLID design principles.
7. Well-versed in Design Patterns.
8. Familiarity with Azure and AWS offerings.
9. Understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, MongoDB, Elastic.
10. Ability to construct workflow charts and diagrams to illustrate concepts.
11. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area is preferred.
2. Microsoft Certification (asset).
3. Experience as a lead developer would be a plus.
4. Experience with SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Flow development would be a plus.
