About the Role: We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join a dynamic team focused on transforming data-driven processes through automation and advanced technology. This project involves creating innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance quality, and improve efficiency by integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend components to support automation and data processing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy new features.- Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance.- Use DevOps tools to streamline deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines.- Participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies to manage tasks and support team goals.
Experience:- Minimum 5 years as a Backend Developer.Technical Skills:- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Flask, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and PySpark.- Software Architecture: Familiarity with Docker, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum teams.Language: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).Preferred Qualifications:- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.- Familiarity with automation and AI technologies is a plus.
