• A global technology organization is building a new digital delivery function to accelerate platform transformation using small, outcome-driven teams. As a Back-End Developer, you will work in a cross-functional squad delivering scalable, secure, and highly automated digital services.
• This role focuses on building programmable platforms, enabling workflow automation, and supporting enterprise-scale integrations.
• Hybrid work - 2-3 days per week from the office

• Design and develop back-end services, APIs, and microservices for core business domains
• Build integration frameworks, SDKs, and connectors for enterprise platforms
• Create reusable components and automate delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
• Apply security, quality, and observability best practices
• Collaborate with architects, product, and data teams on platform innovation initiatives

• Strong experience with .NET, Python, or Node.js
• Solid background in API design, microservices, and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with AWS and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Strong ownership and builder mentality
• Automation-first, code-driven approach
