Backend Developer (.Net & C#)

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (.net & C#) for a Polish health-tech startup company that provides a platform for comparing medication prices and finding nearby pharmacies, aiming to make healthcare more accessible. They’re focused on expanding features and enhancing user experience, offering developers opportunities to work on backend and cloud infrastructure in a collaborative, agile environment.

Requirements

• Degree or final year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
• 2 years of commercial experience in software development (junior-mid level)
• Strong knowledge of C# programming language
• Experience with .NET core is a must 
• Experience with the Asp.Net Core framework
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases, mainly SQL Server
• Experience creating stored procedures and functions within a database (SQL Server)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (platform services, storage, computing)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of React
• Familiarity with Entity Framework is a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop the back-end layer for the portal, including implementing new features and maintaining existing ones
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment workflows
• Create and manage cloud services on Microsoft Azure to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Analyze and troubleshoot current platform operation issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and contribute to product development
