About the project

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET, who will help design, develop, and scale a new cloud-based platform supporting next-generation smart devices and mobile applications.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working on large-scale projects involving backend services and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure experience is highly welcome).

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in C#/.NET
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders to deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Optimize performance, monitoring, and security of backend and cloud environments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges

Our requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong skills in C# and .NET (Core/6/7)
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure – both welcome)
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

What we offer

• Work model: hybrid in Gdańsk (3 days per week)
• Salary: 150–180 PLN net/h
