Back Office Specialist with German - Quality Assurance
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Back Office Specialist with German - (Quality Assurance) to join their growing team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with content reviewers, operations leads, and account strategists. The ideal candidate will bring experience in content moderation, strong communication abilities, and excellent time‑management skills. You will support agents and team leaders in delivering results within strict deadlines, oversee key content‑related responsibilities, and provide constructive feedback to a team of content creators.
Candidate Profile
- First corporate or BPO working experience
- Very good command of German and English (min. C1)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance trends and report on quality results, recommending corrective actions when needed
- Establish and continuously improve procedures for data handling and performance reporting
- Present team performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related queries
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with management to develop effective solutions
- Work closely with operational teams to meet quantitative and qualitative targets (SLAs)
- Drive efficiency initiatives aimed at cost reduction, productivity improvement, and overall team performance
- Ensure regular alignment meetings with QA teams and Team Leaders to communicate updates and expectations
