Back Office Specialist with Czech and Slovak Languages
Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced Back Office Specialist with Czech and Slovak Languages. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service through accurate customer data processing and invoicing in our system. Your primary objective will be to maintain and enhance positive customer relationships. Hybrid work, including work in the Warsaw office.
Responsibilities:
• Processing customer, contract and invoicing data entry in the system.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintaining documentation and monitoring the validity of contracts and other documents needed to conduct transactions with customers.
• Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization.
• Drafting, storing, verifying, and archiving documentation.
• Preparing reports.
• Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
• Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide support to customers by answering inquiries via telephone and e-mail, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
