Our Client is looking for a back office specialist to join their fresh, dynamic crew, all about making things run like clockwork behind the scenes. If you’re up for working internationally, developing your skills, and keeping everything shipshape, this just might be the job for you.

What we expect

You’re a detail-oriented problem-solver with a knack for staying cool under pressure. Your proactive attitude means you don’t just wait for things to happen—you make them happen. Plus, if you’ve got some experience in back-office logistics or SSC roles, that’s a big bonus.

In your application, we hope to see:

  • Previous experience in administration or back-office roles (logistics a plus).
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level minimum - your emails arechefs kiss)
  • Mastery of MS Office, escpecially Excel and Word.
  • Suggested: familiarity with TMS (if your cv includes it - were impressed!).

Your tasks

  • Keeping track of transport progress - whether its on the road, in the air, or sailing across seas.
  • Processing orders like a pro (emails and phone calls will be your playground).
  • Creating, checking, and double-checking invoices because precision is key.
  • Handling vital documents, including customs declarations, with ninja-like accuracy.
  • Teaming up with our colleagues across departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
