Ficosota is now searching for its Back-Office Specialist who knows how to do Sales analytics!

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Support the Sales team in executing their daily duties
2. Prepare analysis and data reports
3. Provide promo materials and administrative support
4. Communicate and provide information related to other departments
5. Work with external stakeholders
6. Participate in other Sales team projects and activities

What you would need to be the right fit:

1. University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business statistics or in a similar field
2. Previous professional experience with sales reports and data
3. Advanced skills in Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.
4. Analytical thinking
5. Detail-oriented
6. Time management and organizational skills
7. Proficiency in English – B2 level
