Twój zakres obowiązków
Provide exceptional written customer support via email for the German market, with minimal call volume.
Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and utilizing internal tools.
Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and precision.
Ensure that every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused.
Navigate multiple systems with efficiency while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Nasze wymagania
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and proficient computer literacy.
Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin.
