An innovative technology company is seeking an experienced Back-End Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of developers. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of four back-end developers, offering mentorship and technical direction.
2. Collaborate with the Product team to define goals and ensure smooth feature delivery.
3. Oversee code reviews to maintain best coding practices and foster continuous improvement.
4. Act as the technical authority for back-end development, solving complex issues and guiding architectural decisions.
5. Drive the delivery of high-quality software through strong development processes.
6. Create a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team culture.
7. Provide strategic input for technical solutions and improvements in system architecture.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Back-End Team Leader or in a similar leadership position.
2. Expertise in Ruby on Rails (version 6 or above).
3. Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive leadership approach.
7. Experience working in Agile environments, leading teams through sprints and iterative development.
